Archimed acquires RehabWorks
Archimed, a France-based healthcare-focused GP, has acquired a majority stake in RehabWorks, a British provider of healthcare associated with occupational injuries.
The deal will finance RehabWork's acquisition of Right Corecare from listed recruitment and human resources group Manpower, in addition to further bolt-ons in future.
The announcement comes on the same day the GP revealed it had acquired a minority stake in Primo, an Italian dental group. As with the Primo investment, the acquisition of RehabWorks was conducted on both a proprietary and debt-free basis.
Archimed is currently investing from its first fund, Med I FIA, which held a final close on €150m in June.
