
Livingbridge closes third fund on £220m
Livingbridge has held a first and final close for its Livingbridge Enterprise 2 LP vehicle on the fund's hard-cap of £220m.
The fundraise was supported by placement agent Quest Fund Placement. Livingbridge was not available for further comment on the fundraising process at the time of writing.
Investors
The fund attracted commitments from investors in the UK, Europe and the US. Investments were drawn from insurance companies, funds-of-funds and family offices, as well as corporate and state pensions funds.
Investments
The newly raised vehicle will target UK SMEs, investing in growth and buyout deals. The fund will invest tickets of up to £10m of equity capital. The GP typically invests in deals worth between £5-100m for businesses that generate profits in excess of £1m.
Livingbridge has a core focus on companies operating in the business services, financial services, consumer, healthcare, education, technology, media, telecommunications, energy and environmental sectors.
