JK Associates is headquartered in Philadelphia and will expand Fishawack's presence in the US. The company operates under four brands: JK Medical Communications, Arbor Medical Communications, Endpoint Medical Communications and 1010 Digital.
Fishawick and JK initially worked on a joint business pitch in 2004 and the target company stated that the experience was the catalyst for the deal.
