
UK - Bowmark invests in travel services provider JAC Group
Bowmark Capital has invested £11m in b2b travel services provider JAC Group. Royal Bank of Scotland provided an unspecified amount of additional senior debt to support the deal.
JAC was founded in 1975 and now has offices in London, Edinburgh, Hong Kong, Prague and Belgrade. The business has three parts: JAC Travel and JAC Scotland, which organise tour groups to UK/Europe and Scotland, respectively; and JAC Online, which hooks up travel agents and online retailers with beds at more than 3,000 independent and small chain hotels.
