
UK- LDC backs MBO of JPMorgan Invest
LDC has backed the management buyout of financial education and benefits firm JPMorgan Invest from parent JP Morgan Asset Management for an undisclosed sum.
The deal, led by CEO David Cassidy, will see the company rebranded as Wealth At Work.
Liverpool-based Wealth At Work provides services which allow employees to maximise the value of their benefits by providing financial education tailored to the needs of individual companies and of different employee groups within those companies. Services include linking company share schemes to pensions, income provision or retirees and financial planning for senior executives. The business was founded in 2005 and employees 47 people.
