Hawkpoint recruits directors to lead expansion into Germany
Corporate advisory Hawkpoint has appointed Richard Markus and Warren Scott as managing directors and co-heads of its German operations, from 1st June 2010.
The appointments coincide with Hawkpoint’s decision to open an office in Frankfurt in order to increase its presence in the German-speaking region. The local office will provide advice on M&A, debt and debt restructuring.
Markus and Scott were both co-heads for Jefferies in Germany from 2007, and before that played key roles in establishing KPMG’s M&A presence in Germany.
