
Investcorp appoints four advisory directors
Investcorp has appointed four corporate investment advisory directors in Europe.
The firm has appointed Brendan Harris, Joan Julià Dinarès, Guy Leymarie and Philip Walters.
Walters brings almost forty years of experience in the education market to the firm. He is chairman of the GL Education Group, chair of educational publisher Rising Stars and a non-executive director at Encyclopaedia Britannica.
Harris is currently CEO and chairman of Scandinavian soft drinks company Froosh and previously spent 10 years with Coca-Cola. He studied politics, philosophy and economics at Oxford University and has an MBA from Insead.
Dinarès is managing partner at S&E Partners and CEO of Parkare, and graduated with an MBA from Esade in Barcelona.
Meanwhile, in addition to being founder of Tokyo-based consultancy Anima Associates, Leymarie was previously CEO of De Beers Diamond Jewellers and Cartier International. He studied at Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris.
