PPM Oost has sold its stake in Dutch medical supplies company Pharmaline to Gilde Healthcare Partners.
Equity for the Pharmaline deal was sourced from the growth capital fund Gilde Healthcare Services I UA.

Pharmaline is a pharmaceutical supplies company based in Oldenzaal. It provides unregistered medical preparations to approximately 20% of all Dutch pharmacies. The company was founded in 2009, backed by PPM Oost and Friesland Bank. It employs 100 people.

Senior investment manager Bas Pleging led the exit for PPM Oost. Jan Verwaal is managing director of Pharmaline.
