BPM backs MBO of Optometrijas
BPM Mezzanine Fund has backed the MBO of Baltic eyecare chain Optometrijas Centrs.
The GP provided a mezzanine loan to the Optometrijas management team to acquire shares from private owners. With the adjusted financing structure, management hope to make further acquisitions in the Baltic region.
