 
                Blue Sea Capital's MediGroup acquires Jedro
Blue Sea Capital's portfolio company MediGroup has agreed to acquire Serbian outpatient services provider Dom Zdravlja Jedro from Delta Generali Insurance.
The agreement is subject to customary conditions and approvals.
Prior to closing the transaction, MediGroup consisted of health center Dr Ristic and special gynaecological hospital Jevremova. With this acquisition, MediGroup will aim to consolidate its healthcare platform in Serbia. The group is looking to build a network of health centres in Belgrade, as well as in other Serbian cities.
Delta Generali Insurance, a Serbian private health insurance company, founded the Jedro health centre in 2010.
 
Company 
Jedro is an outpatient services provider with 500,000 procedures and in excess of 200,000 annual patient visits.
Units housed by Jedro include general and internal medicine, pediatrics, gynaecology, urology, ENT, dermatovenerology, neurology, psychiatry, physical medicine and rehabilitation.

Sasa Galic is a managing partner at Blue Sea. Dragan Filipovic is a member of the executive committee of Delta Generali and chairman of Jedro.
