iTech's SeoPult bolts on uLogin
Russian VC iTech Capital’s portfolio company SeoPult, a Russian search engine marketing platform, has acquired MultiLogin, which trades under the name uLogin.
While the exact price of the asset is undisclosed, iTech said that the deal has valued the company at "millions of dollars".
uLogin will continue to operate as an independent product and retain its brand following the deal.
iTech invested $10m in SeoPult in July 2012 in the company's series-A round. The company was founded in 2008 and is headquartered in Moscow. It generated RUB 2bn (€34.6m) in revenues for the 2013/14 financial year, which is a 19% year-on-year increase.

Founded in 2011, uLogin is the trading name of MultiLogin. The company's uLogin service allows website operators to integrate social networking login authentication to their own sites.
