Riverside Company has acquired car accessories distributor Rameder Anhängerkupplungen und Autoteile GmbH & Co. KG.
The capital will be used for further expansion to improve the company's market position and core operational competencies.
Rameder is a distributor of automotive carrier systems and related accessories such as tow bars, roof bars, bicycle carriers and roof boxes. The company is headquartered in Munschwitz and also operates in Austria and Poland. The auto parts supplier was founded in 1996 and sells about 150,000 tow bars per year across Germany.
