
Constellation closes new fund
Switzerland-based private equity firm Constellation Capital has closed Constellation III German Asset Light SICAV-FIS (Luxembourg) Private Equity Fund with the possibility of raising further commitments at a later date.
Previous investors to Constellation funds have been joined by new private and institutional investors. The fund will make investments throughout the next 12 months and have a 3-5 year lifespan.
Investments
The fund will invest "light asset" service companies based in the DACH region over the next 12 months. Target companies will be those that generate revenues between €20-150m in fragmented markets. The fund will pursue buy-and-build strategies.
Constellation invests in education and lifestyle, business services, healthcare and financial services in German-speaking Europe.
