
Pinova invests in fabfab
Pinova Capital has invested growth capital in German online fabrics retailer fabfab.
Pinova typically invests €3-15m in companies with revenues in the €5-100m range.
Company
Schenefeld-based fabfab went online in November 2003. Over the past four years the company has developed an online presence in further European markets including the UK, Sweden, France and Italy, among others.
The business sells textiles and accessories for a range of uses. It also offers tailoring services, a discount store and a fabrics dictionary.
People
Pinova partner Marko Maschek represented the firm on the deal and will take a seat on the company's advisory board.
