
BayBG invests in puracon
Bayerische Beteiligungsgesellschaft (BayBG) has bought a minority stake in puracon, a supplier of packaging for medical products.
The six-figure capital injection will be used to develop a new building in Rosenheim, which will be used from September onwards and will triple puracon's production space. The fresh capital will also finance the construction of a plant in Warsaw, USA.
The Bavarian private equity house will act as a silent partner.
Company
Founded in 2003, puracon has its headquarters in Rosenheim and employs 82 staff. It provides medical packaging and logistics internationally while cleaning and sterilising the medical equipment and products of more than 200 clients worldwide.

Markus Krepek led the investment for BayBG. Jürgen Klein is the CEO and founder of puracon.
