Redalpine leads €3m series-A round for Zenjob
Redalpine has led a consortium consisting of Acton Capital Partners, 500 Startups and Atlantic Labs to provide a €3m series-A funding round for Berlin-based on-demand staffing platform Zenjob.
The extra capital will be used to expand Zenjob's operations out of the capital and across Germany, and diversify into new industries.
Atlantic Labs, which reinvested in the round, had previously provided seed capital to the company.
Company
Zenjob was founded in Berlin in 2016. The company has developed a staffing platform to provide flexible labour to employers. Employees are given on-the-job feedback through the app and all administrative procedures are taken care of by Zenjob.
The company claims that 1,000 students have signed up for employment through the app to work for 300 companies, including Sheraton hotels and fashion chain Gerry Weber.
