
Eurazeo promotes Virginie Morgon

Eurazeo has appointed Virginie Morgon, who has been part of the executive board for the past 10 years, as CEO as of March 2018.
Morgon has been deputy CEO since 2014. She is an independent director of several global companies.
Eurazeo is an investment company with a diversified portfolio of approximately €7bn in assets under management, of which €1bn is from third parties. Its offices are located in Paris and Luxembourg, New York, Shanghai and Sao Paolo.
The firm covers most private equity segments through its five business divisions – Eurazeo Capital, Eurazeo Croissance, Eurazeo PME, Eurazeo Patrimoine and Eurazeo Brands. The company is listed on Euronext Paris.
