Gide hires Skadden's Diaz
Law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel has appointed Olivier Diaz as partner 20 years after he left the company for Linklaters.
In his new role, Diaz will lead the commission in charge of exploring growth possibilities with the firm's clients and other partner law firms. He is joining the M&A team and becomes its 18th partner.
Diaz first worked at Gide more than 20 years ago. He left Gide for Linklaters where he was a partner for a year. He then worked for Darrois Villey Maillot Brochier until he joined Skadden three years ago. Diaz has experience in M&A and corporate and securities law.
