Naxicap invests €21.5m in Colisée Patrimoine
Naxicap Partners has provided French retirement homes operator Colisée Patrimoine with €21.5m of funding.
The private equity house secured a minority stake in the business. It foresees opportunities for growth as the markets consolidates and the country's demographic evolution drives demand for this type of service.
Founded in 1976, Colisée Patrimoine is a retirement homes operator based in Bordeaux. The group operates 2,710 beds across 30 establishments, and posted a €100m turnover for 2009.
