
TA takes minority stake in Zadig & Voltaire
TA Associates has taken a 30% stake in French clothing and accessories retailer Zadig & Voltaire.
The investor aims to support Zadig & Voltaire's growth in existing and new international markets.
Company
Zadig & Voltaire, founded in 1995, sells clothing and accessories through 200 boutiques and corners, targeting around 20 markets. Based in Paris, the company generated a turnover of around €200m in 2011.

Senior vice-president Patrick Sader and director Chris Parkin worked on the deal for TA. Both will join the company's board of directors.
