Ardian to acquire farming hygiene firm Hypred from Roullier
Ardian has entered into exclusive negotiations with Roullier Group to acquire French agriculture feed hygiene specialist Hypred.
Hypred represented 3% of Roullier's activity, according to company sources close to the deal. Ardian will help Hypred accelerate its international growth and support its investment strategy, particularly in R&D. This strategy will include increasing the capacity of existing sites and making acquisitions in new regions or complementing sectors.
The proposed transaction remains subject to approval of the competition authorities. The representative bodies of Hypred staff are also being consulted on the proposed transaction.
