Eurazeo invests in AssurCopro
Eurazeo, via its subsidiary Eurazeo PME, has invested in AssurCopro, a joint ownership insurance brokerage group.
Founders Vincent Mancel and Olivier Scemama will retain a stake in the company alongside Eurazeo PME and the AssurCopro management team.

The GP said it would aim to double the group's size within the next five years, aiming for a €95m turnover for 2016, a 10% increase on the previous year.
The deal is scheduled for completion in September 2016.
