
Lifeline Ventures backs Applifier
Finnish company Applifier, which operates a cross-promotion network for social games and applications, has raised €3m in a series-B funding round led by Lifeline Ventures.
The round also included investments from MHS Capital, ProFounders and business angels. The fresh capital will be used to expand Amplifier's Everyplay network.
Amplifier raised $2m in seed funding in February 2011 from MHS, ProFounders, Lifeline Ventures, Tekes and angel investors David Gardner, Jyri Engestrom and Lars Stenfeldt Hansen.

Founded in 2010, Applifier is based in Helsinki, Finland. The company aims to help game and app publishers of all sizes grow their applications through cross-promotion. With its Everyplay solution, developers can give players the opportunity to record and share game replays with others. Applifier also has offices in San Francisco. The company employs 26 people.
