FSN's Instalco bolts on Andersen og Aksnes Rørleggerbedrift
FSN Capital-backed Swedish plumbing and electrical installation group Instalco has acquired Norwegian competitor Andersen og Aksnes RУИrleggerbedrift (AAR).
The bolt-on acquisition comes three years after FSN established Instalco as a consolidation platform in the Nordic plumbing and electrical installation industry by acquiring and merging five Swedish companies in the sector.
Instalco's add-on acquisition of AAR forms part of the company's ongoing build-up strategy which has seen it come to comprise 26 companies since FSN's investment.
AAR's management team and previous owners will continue in their current roles following the deal, led by CEO Roger Aksnes.
