Altor acquires customer services firm Xzakt Kundrelation
Swedish customer services company Xzakt Kundrelation is to be acquired by buyout house Altor.
Xzakt will be sold by founders Gunilla and Alfred Von Platen, who will retain a minority stake in the company.
The deal, confirmed to unquote" by Altor, will be the 12th conducted by the GP's €2bn Fund IV. The fund took just three months to reach its hard-cap and this year has invested in bond market service provider Nordic Trustee, printing machine manufacturer Tresu, and credit management firm Transcom Worldwide, which it took private in March.

Founded in Stockholm in 2000, Xzakt is a customer services business – its current operations cover all Scandinavian languages. The company reported turnover of €13m in 2016 and has more than 400 employees in Stockholm, Gävle and Skelleftea.
