Allegra Capital acquires Bring Citymail
German private equity firm Allegra Capital has acquired Swedish postal service provider Bring Citymail from Posten Norge.

As part of the deal structure, Bring Citymail becomes the property of a holding company advised by Allegra. Upon completion of the transaction, the company will once again trade under its established Citymail brand.
