FSN forms new IT group with triple buyout deal
FSN Capital has acquired Sweden-based IT services Office-IT Partner, Zetup and Dicom, and will be the majority owner of the new group.
FSN deployed capital from its FSN Capital V fund to finance the deals.
Focusing on medium-sized organisations, Office IT-Partner, Zetup and Dicom provide managed IT and outsourcing services to customers across industries including workspace IT, infrastructure and application management, and digitalisation services.
The new group is expected to employ a staff of 500 in 33 offices across Sweden and generate an annual turnover of SEK 1bn.
With the fresh capital, the companies will strengthen their combined platform and develop their service offering within IT and digitalisation services, both organically and via acquisitions.

Established in 1992 and headquartered in Solna, Stockholm, Office IT-Partner works with small and medium-sized companies, organisations and the public sector to digitalise their services.
Based in Gothenburg and founded in 1986, Zetup was formerly part of the Semcon Group and provides IT outsourcing services from offices in Gothenburg, Trollhättan and Stockholm.
Headquartered in Stockholm and formed in 1986, Dicom is an IT support outsourcing service for small to medium-sized businesses.
