
Diana Capital II holds first close on €100m
Spanish private equity firm Diana Capital has held a first closing for its second fund, Diana Capital II, on €100m.
The fund's main manager, Francisco Gómez-Zubeldia, hopes to raise a further €75m during 2011, principally from international investors.
Part of the investment in this latest vehicle hails from the local saving banks who invested in Diana's maiden fund, including Caja Madrid, Caja Avila, Caja España, Caixa Galicia, Caixanova, Caixa Sabadell and Caja de Ahorros de Navarra.
