
Fondo ICO announces third tender results
Fondo ICO, the Spanish state-backed fund-of-funds, has announced the recipients of its third set of allocations.
The fund will commit €194m to nine vehicles in the categories of growth capital, venture capital, debt and incubator.
In the expansion capital category Bridgepoint Advisers, MCH Private Equity Investments and Talde Gestión will all receive commitments from Fondo ICO.
The venture capital funds selected were Cabiedes & Partners IV and Inveready Asset Management.
The fund, which announced its second tender results in May, also announced the launch of its fourth round of funding on 28 November.
Axis, which manages Fondo ICO, stated 23 vehicles put themselves forward for the third tender, 44% of which were international.
Alteralia Management and BTC Investments were selected in the debt category, while Clave Mayor and Suanfarma Biotech are the recipients of the incubation allocation.
