
Oonair raises €600,000 from Spanish VCs
Social video solutions provider Oonair Mobile Technologies has raised €600,000 from existing and new backers.
New investors VenturCap and Telegraph Hillgroup have joined previous backers HighGrowth Innovación, Bcn Emprèn SCR, as well as the company's founders in this latest round. The Industrial Technological Development Centre (CDTI) provided long-term loan financing.
The fresh capital will support software development and expansion into the US.

In 2010, HighGrowth injected €2m into the firm to fund its international and commercial development.

Founded in 2010 and based in Barcelona, Oonair provides web and mobile streaming solutions for the e-commerce market. The company facilitates online video communication between users and has just launched a new product, Share&Buy, which connects users for discussion of a product before purchase.
Oonair has recently opened a new office in Palo Alto and hired a CEO in America.
