Active Venture Partners has committed €2.2m to Spanish start-up Odilo, a software company for the management and distribution of digital materials.
The fresh funding will be used to support the company's expansion in the US and Latin America.
Active invested in the software sector earlier this month, when it took part in a $7.6m series-C funding round for Munich-based mobile attribution and analytics company adjust. The VC invested alongside existing backers Target Partners, Capnamic Ventures and Iris Capital.

Odilo provides software for the discovery, management and distribution of digital and print materials. The firm's products are currently used in 43 countries by 5 million people.
