FPE Capital appoints Kay as investment manager
UK-based lower-mid-market private equity firm FPE Capital has appointed Chris Kay as investment manager.
Kay will be responsible for the sourcing and execution of investment opportunities in the UK.
Prior joining to FPE, Kay worked at PwC between 2012-2017 as senior associate in corporate finance and transaction services. Before that, he worked as an analyst at Blooming Consulting.
The appointment follows the acquisition of merged digital media companies SGE and Masstech, which was funded by FPE Fund II in May 2017.
