ISIS appoints four partners
ISIS Equity Partners has promoted Pete Clarke, Liz Jones, Paul Morris, and Daniel Smith to partner.
The appointments were announced in relation to the closure of ISIS' fifth fund at £360m.
Pete Clarke joined ISIS in 2002, expanding the firm to Manchester. He previously worked in management roles at Rio Tinto and Electrocomponents. Clarke has worked on a number of deals, including Americana, Nexus, Reed & Mackay, and ScriptSwitch.
Liz Jones has worked at ISIS since 2001. She previously spent seven years at Barclays, four of which at Barclays Ventures. Jones recently worked on ISIS' acquisition of DiGiCo, in addition to previous investments Witherslack Group, Pathway Care, SLC Group, and SLR Consulting.
Paul Morris joined ISIS in 2003, also having spent seven years at Barclays, where he worked in Leveraged Finance. He recently led the buyout of nursery operator Happy Days, and has previously worked on the investments in Quantix, TVC, CableCom, and Enotria.
Daniel Smith also joined ISIS in 2003, but from a nine-year-long employment with RBS, where he worked in retail and corporate banking, leveraged finance, and private equity. He recently worked on the MBO of Autologic, and previously on the investments in hurleypalmerflatt, Enigma Group, Encore Tickets, On the Beach, and Travel Jigsaw.
