Catalyst appoints two partners
Catalyst Corporate Finance has promoted Jeremy Harrison and Justin Crowther to partner.
Harrison joined Catalyst's Birmingham office in 2005. He has since been involved in deals such as Foster+Partners and the recent SBO of Aspen Pumps, backed by 3i. Besides the industrials sector, Harrison also focuses on the education and training space.
Crowther has been with Catalyst for close to 15 years, with a particular focus on the healthcare sector. He has notably worked on the sales of Focus Pharmaceuticals to Amdipharm Mercury Company and Williams Medical Supplies to DCC.
In addition to the new partner appointments, Catalyst has also promoted Ali Robertson and Tom Cowap to principal.
