Mobeus Equity Partners has invested ТЃ3.3m in UK-based investor news and data service Proactive Investors.
The fresh capital will be used to launch the service in the US, and the company will open an office in New York later this month.
The new funds will also be used to expand existing international operations and further roll out the recently launched investor tools and sell-side research offer to customers in the UK.
Mobeus has introduced non-executive chair Colin Garret to the company. He currently sits on the boards of Impero, Centiq and Solid Solutions. Amit Hindocha, who led the deal for Mobeus will also join the board.
