Inflexion's CloserStill bolts on Learning 2018
Inflexion portfolio company CloserStill Media has bolted on Learning 2018, a US-based company that focuses on educational technology conferences.
The transaction forms part of Inflexion's international acquisitive growth strategy for the company, following the acquisition of France-based iLearning Forum in March 2017.
Unquote understands that the deal was financed with cash from CloserStill's balance sheet.
The latest deal comes three years after the GP acquired CloserStill alongside existing backers NVM Private Equity in a deal that enabled Phoenix Equity Partners to exit the business.
Inflexion is invested in CloserStill via its Partnership Capital fund, a £400m vehicle that closed in October 2014.
