MML's Lomond acquires John Shepherd
Lomond Capital, a Scottish property asset management company backed by MML Capital, has acquired John Shepherd Estate Agents.
The deal saw the consolidation of the John Shepherd Estate Agents business with Marwood Homes and John Shepherd Lettings, which were already part of the London group. MML initially backed Lomond in August 2014.
Company
John Shepherd is an estate agent based in Birmingham. Established in 1991, the business has offices in South Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
Following the deal, Lomond manages properties worth a combined £2.2bn and employs 350 people.
