
NorthEdge’s Jigsaw24 picks up Matrix
NorthEdge Capital-backed Jigsaw24 has acquired Matrix Software Development, marking the company’s second bolt-on.
Following NorthEdge's acquisition of Jigsaw24 in April last year, the private equity firm supported its purchase of London-based Square Group, a business-to-business supplier of Apple products, in June.
Jigsaw24 supplies Apple products and Adobe software to the creative and education industries.
Company
Knutsford-based Matrix provides a master data management software application, which integrates product management and publishing software. Its software is used mainly by retailers, including Next, Maplin, Go Outdoors and Boden.
