
Beech Tree buys The Fluent Money Group
Beech Tree Private Equity has bought an undisclosed stake in UK-based loan broker, The Fluent Money Group.
Beech Tree's investment is set to further accelerate the company's growth through investments in complementary products and selective acquisitions. As part of the deal, Beech Tree's founding partners Andy Marsh and Adam Rudd will join the company's board.
Mark Huggins, former managing director of financial services at Acromas, has invested alongside Beech Tree and will join the executive team of the business to help drive a number of their initiatives and lead the unsecured lending proposition.
