
Percipient backs Cooper Callas MBI
Percipient Capital, alongside Leumi ABL and Santander, has backed the management buy-in of bathroom distributor Cooper Callas.
The deal saw Philip Carr and Malcolm Thomson, the management team of Coopers Distribution, acquiring Cooper Callas through investment vehicle CDL.
Carr was previously commercial and marketing director at Crosswater Holding, a UK supplier of luxury brassware.
Company
Established in 1875 and based in Bicester, Oxfordshire, Cooper Callas supplies builders and plumbers' mercahnts as well as bathroom and kitchen retailers. Its portfolio of brands include Ideal Standard, Sottini, Roca, Twyford and Kaldewei.
