
Livingbridge invests in Efficio
Livingbridge has secured a minority stake in procurement company Efficio.
Following the transaction, Livingbridge will support Efficio's growth by focusing on three key areas: the further expansion of the company's long term managed services line; building out its online procurement platform; and furthering its international expansion.
Previous funding
Efficio first received funding in June 2001, according to unquote" data, when it raised $1m of seed funding from Corven Ventures alongside two private investors.

Established in August 2000, Efficio specialises in procurement, working with clients to boost their purchasing power. It works with a broad range of companies, from SMEs to multinationals, providing consulting, tailored technology solutions and ongoing procurement services.
The company generates revenues of £30m. Headquartered in London, the business employs 250 people based in offices in Denmark, France, Germany, Switzerland and the US.
