
Endeit and Beringea in $25m series-B for Blis
Endeit Capital and Beringea have taken part in a $25m series-B funding round for UK adtech company Blis.
Corporate venture player Unilever Ventures also took part in the round, while Silicon Valley Bank has provided credit facilities to support the deal.
The fresh capital will enable Blis to undertake international expansion, with a particular focus on the US market. The company will also invest in marketing and in ramping up its sales capabilities.
Upon completion of the deal, Endeit's Martijn Hamann and Beringea's Mark Donnelly will take a seat on the board at Blis.
In August last year Amsterdam-based Endeit rebranded, moving away from the Van den Ende & Deitmers name, and announced the launch of its second fund, a €107m internet-focused vehicle.
Previous funding
According to unquote" data, Beringea took part in a $1.4m series-A round for Blis (at the time known as BlisMedia) in December 2011, alongside Meridian Growth Capital and Ballpark Ventures. Beringea stated it has been investing in the company since 2008.
