SPAIN - Adara and Neotec back AlienVault
Adara Ventures and Neotec have invested an undisclosed sum into software company AlienVault.
OSSIM compiles more than 15 open source security programs, collecting from more than 35 products and providing all the technology levels to cover the full security management cycle. The company also has offices in the US.
Adara looks to invest up to EUR 6m in each portfolio company, normally in a series of steps over a 3-5 year period. It tends to target Iberian ventures which have been in existence for the less than five years and have annualised revenue of under EUR 5m.
