Summit Partners promotes two in London office
Private equity investment firm Summit Partners has promoted Johannes Grefe and Steffan Peyer to principal in its London office.
Grefe had held the position of vice-president since joining Summit in 2012. He is part of the firm's growth products and services team, involved in the investments in Normec, Peak Well Systems and Sipartech. Prior to that, he worked at Vitruvian Partners between 2011-2012 as vice-president and at TA Associates as an associate between 2008-2011. He also worked at Lazard as an analyst in 2006-2008.
Peyer initially joined Summit in 2007 as an associate and left to work at Turbulenz as director of business development between 2011-2013. He rejoined Summit in 2013 as vice-president, focusing on the technology sector in Europe and working on deals including 360T Group, Market Logic, PatSnap, Relex Solutions and Signavio. He also worked at UBS Investment Bank in 2006 as an analyst.
