Squire Patton Boggs makes France and Italy partner hires
Law firm Squire Patton Boggs has announced the appointment of Anthony Guillaume and Benjamin Marché as partners in its Paris office, as well as Sara Belotti as partner in Milan.
Guillaume joins the firm's corporate practice from DLA Piper, while Marché joins the firm's financial services practice from Shearman and Sterling in Paris.

Guillaume spent four years with White and Case prior to joining DLA Piper and has a range of experience in private equity transactions.

Marché has experience in banking and finance, with a focus on national and international LBOs. He previously worked at firms including Frieh Bouhenic.
Belotti joins from Baker McKenzie and focuses on M&A, private equity and capital markets. She joins from Lombardi Segni e Associati and has experience in regulated sectors, including healthcare and energy.
The new hires follow the appointment of managing partner Teresa Zueco and a team of six further M&A lawyers from DLA Piper to the firm's Madrid office in November 2021, as well as the expansion of the London team with four new partners over the past 12 months.
