3i has acquired a 75% stake in funerary business Mémora Inversiones Funerarias from Acciona for EUR 225m, in a deal which values the company at EUR 330m including debt. The transaction, which remains subject to approval by anti-trust authorities, will see Caja Madrid retain a 25% holding in the business.
