
HTGF et al. invest in Inventorum
High-Tech Gründerfonds (HTGF), Klingel New Media and Vogel Ventures have backed retail managing solutions provider Inventorum in an undisclosed seed round.
The fresh capital will be used to launch the German start-up and bring its solutions to market.
Klingel New Media is an e-commerce incubator and the venture capital arm of Klingel, a German mail-order company. It is based in Berlin.
Vogel Ventures is the venture capital arm of German publisher Vogel Business Media. It was founded in July this year. Inventorum is Vogel Ventures' fifth investment so far.

Inventorum offers small retailers a solution to combine cash management, inventory management, customer support and e-commerce capability. The software-as-a-solution platform aims to help retailers organise and manage their offline and online presence and inventory.
Inventorum was founded in 2012 and currently employs 12 staff. The firm is based in Berlin.
People
Christoph Brem founded Investorum and is the firm's managing director. Stefan Wendel is a portfolio analyst at HTGF. CEO Ludger Schöllgen and board member Jörg Blumentritt are responsible for Klingel's venture capital acitivities.
