Greenfield Capital Partners undergoes management undergoes management buyout

Greenfield Capital Partners, the independent private equity and corporate finance group, has announced that it has finalised the transaction with its parent company, Gold-Zack AG, to acquire all outstanding shares in Greenfield via a management buyout. Following the transaction Greenfield capital Partners is now completely owned by the current management of Greenfield Capital Partners.

The aim of the management, further to this transaction, is to achieve further expansion as an independent and specialised firm. The private equity business of Greenfield Capital Partners currently stands at approximately (150m and its corporate finance activities posted a transaction volume of over (100m in 2001.

The management team of Greenfield Capital Partners now consists of five partners and there are no plans to alter the current organisational structure. The founder of the company, Floor Mouthaan, has resigned from the supervisory board, but remains a member of the management of Gold-Zack AG.
