Travers Smith bolsters funds practice with hire from Proskauer

Law firm Travers Smith has hired Tosin Adeyeri from Proskauer Rose, adding another partner to its funds group in London.
Adeyeri advises both UK-based and international fund managers on a variety of private funds topics and has particular experience in secondary portfolio transactions, the firm said in a statement.
The lawyer was previously an associate in Proskauer’s private funds group and has prior experience with firms including Kirkland and Ellis, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Her hiring adds strength to a team that recently saw the departure of partner Sam Kay, who joined Dechert last month.
Travers Smith’s funds team is headed by longstanding partner Aaron Stocks.
