Baring Private Equity Partners
As part of the recent management buyout of Baring Private Equity Partners (BPEP), Chris Brotchie has retired as CEO and will not be replaced in the new structure. Brotchie is a veteran of BPEP and was appointed CEO in January 2000. Over the past 14 years he has originated, evaluated and led numerous investment opportunities for BPEP, playing a key role in the investment decision-making process in Asia, Europe and America. Prior to being appointed CEO, he was responsible for setting up and managing BPEP's operations in Germany and subsequently in Asia, having relocated to Singapore.
